Tired of sipping plain water between meals?
A hint of fruit gives ho-hum H2O a tasty zing.
Try squeezing a slice of lemon or lime into a glass of ice water. But don’t stop there. Orange works well, too!
Or try making fruit-infused water:
- Add washed, chopped fruit - everything from apples and peaches to raspberries and strawberries - to a pitcher of water.
- Refrigerate overnight, strain, and sip.
